Lib Dems are celebrating Reg Shore’s victory in the elections this week.

Reg won the Skellingthorpe and Hykeham South seat on Lincolnshire County Council from the Conservatives from a standing start, producing an outstanding win taking 63% of the poll.
Reg wants to work on several issues around Lincoln but none more pressing than the traffic situation in parts of the city and surroundings areas.
Reg says, ‘The highways infrastructure has been neglected for too long. The situation in North Hykeham is particularly critical where increased housing development has not been matched by the roads required to make movement bearable. The time has come for Lincolnshire County Council to start to take the deteriorating situation more seriously’.
